The engineering career center at school wasn’t updated for today’s market, everyone had a different opinion, and with so many new postings coming out every day, I didn’t know how to stay ahead.

Consequently, I spent countless hours researching resumes, refining my social media presence, talking to big-tech recruiters about what they look for, and understanding how to pitch myself correctly. As a result, I got interview after interview from career fairs at school and through cold applying, despite my lack of experience and technical expertise.
